摘要
组织中对于"人"的管理,经历了人事管理、人力资源管理和战略人力资源管理等发展阶段,伴随着各个不同阶段的交替或者人力资源管理的转型,无不体现出当代管理思想的演进。在这种演进过程中,"以人为本"的理念越来越得到组织管理者的高度认同,人力资源管理价值链的思想也愈来愈清晰。随着人力资源管理的深入发展,人力资源管理的价值链正在从招聘、培训、绩效和薪酬等管理向价值实现与价值增值等方向转化。
In the organization,management on "people" has experienced the development stages of people management,human resources management and strategic human resources management.The replacement of different stages or the transformation of human resources management reflects the evolution of modern management thought.In this process,the idea of "taking the people as the center" has been increasingly acknowledged by managers in the organizations;and the thought of value chain in human resources management has been increasingly clear.
