三七总皂苷非注射途径给药剂型研究进展

三七总皂苷注射剂已广泛用于临床,而其非注射剂型的开发应用仍非常有限。本文对近10年三七总皂苷非注射途径给药剂型的研究进展作一综述,主要介绍了片剂、滴丸、鼻腔用制剂、透皮吸收制剂、微丸、缓释微球、微乳、脂质体等8种剂型的生产工艺、药动学初步研究和质量控制方法。研究生物利用度高的非注射途径给药的三七总皂苷制剂,并将其最终开发上市,仍是当前一段时间内药学工作者需要努力的主要方向。

Panax notoginseng saponin（PNS） injection has been widely used in clinic,but the development and application of non-injectable PNS formulations are still insufficient.In this paper,we summarized the advances in non-injectable PNS formulations in the past 10 years.We mainly introduced the manufacturing techniques,pharmacokinetic studies and quality control of tablets,dripping pills,intranasal preparations,transdermal drug delivery systems,pellets,microspheres,microemulsions,liposomes,and so on.In the future,the direction and priority should be the research of high bioavailability dosage forms of PNS,accelerating these forms into the market finally.
