摘要
目的:研究Fx对Aβ25-35诱导PC12细胞损伤的抗氧化保护作用。方法:采用Aβ25-35诱导PC12细胞损伤模型,给予Fx化合物预处理后,采用MTT法检测细胞存活率,采用试剂盒检测细胞培养上清液中的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性。结果:Fx化合物的2种剂型均可显著增加Aβ25-35诱导PC12细胞损伤的细胞存活率,明显增高细胞培养上清液中的SOD和T-AOC活性。结论:Fx油剂和粉剂对Aβ25-35诱导PC12细胞损伤具有较好的抗氧化保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the antioxidative protective effect of Fx on Aβ25-35-induced injury in PC12 cells.Methods: PC12 cells were treated with Aβ25-35 to establish a cell model of Alzheimer's disease.After pretreated with chemicals Fx,cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay,the activities of SOD and T-AOC in cell culture supernatants were detected by kits.Results: Both kinds of Fx dosage forms obviously increased cell viability after exposure to Aβ25-35(MTT assay),and significantly enhanced activities of SOD and T-AOC in supernatants.Conclusion: Fx-oil and Fx-powder efficiently protect PC12 cells from oxidative damage induced by Aβ25-35.
