奇任醇对不同大鼠关节炎症模型作用的对比

Comparation of kirenol effect in different rat models of arthritis

目的:比较研究奇任醇对不同大鼠关节炎症模型的作用。方法:制备大鼠佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)模型以及由蛋清、甲醛、角叉菜胶等不同致炎物质所致的大鼠足关节肿胀模型,观察奇任醇对不同致炎物质所致大鼠足肿胀的影响。结果:奇任醇可抑制AA大鼠的原发与继发性足肿胀,抑制蛋清、甲醛、角叉菜胶等不同致炎物质所致的大鼠足肿胀。结论:奇任醇对多种常见的大鼠关节炎症模型均有明显的抗炎作用。

Objective： To compare the effect of kirenol in different rat models of arthritis.Methods： A rat model of adjuvant arthritis（AA） and three rat models of paw swelling induced by egg white,formaldehyde and carrageenan were established.Then the effect of kirenol on paw swelling was observed.Results： Kirenol attenuated primary and secondary paw swelling of AA in rats,and inhibited the paw swelling induced by egg white,formaldehyde and carrageenan.Conclusion： Kirenol has obvious anti-inflammatory effect on common rat models of arthritis.
