复方甘草酸苷注射液不良反应文献分析

Literature analysis of reports for adverse drug reactions of compound glycyrrhizin injection

目的:了解复方甘草酸苷注射液不良反应的特点及规律。方法:检索《中国期刊全文数据库》1995-2010年中复方甘草酸苷所致不良反应的文献并对其进行统计分析。结果:复方甘草酸苷注射液所致不良反应共计45例,累及多个器官和系统,主要表现为变态反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克,多在用药30m in内发生。结论:临床医务人员应了解复方甘草酸苷注射液不良反应的规律和特点,加强监测,以减少不良反应的发生。

Objective： To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions（ADR） of compound glycyrrhizin injection.Methods：Literature related to the ADR induced by compound glycyrrhizin injection reported during 1995-2010 retrieved from CNKI was analyzed statistically.Results：Totally 45 cases of compound glycyrrhizin injection-induced ADR were collected,which involved multiple organs and systems.The main ADR were allergic reactions,and the most severe allergic reaction was anaphylactic shock that usually occurred within 30 min after injection.Conclusion：Clinical staff should be aware of the characteristics and regularity of ADR induced by compound glycyrrhizin injection,the use of the drug should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
