摘要
目的:为规范药品购销行为,促进药品供应商提高服务质量,保证购入药品质量提供新思路。方法:通过引入竞争机制,制定多种量化考评指标,并建立供应商档案和成立考评小组,从而建立医院药品供应商分级管理模式。结果与结论:该模式的实施使医院对供应商的评价趋于客观,促进药品供应商提高服务质量,并在规范药品购销行为方面发挥了较大作用,在平均配货率、24小时内到货率、临床对供应商售后服务满意度等方面有明显提高。
OBJECTIVE: To regulate drug purchase behaviors, promote the drug suppliers to improve service quality, provide a new method for ensuring the quality of purchased drugs. METHODS: By introducing competition mechanism, formulating vari- ety of quantitative assessment indexes, and establishing supplier files and testing group, the classified management pattern of hospi- tal drug supplier was established. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The supplier classified management mode promotes hospitals to make more objective evaluation of supplier and promotes suppliers to improve service quality, which plays an important role in regulating drug purchase behaviors. The average drug distribution rate, 24 h delivery rate, after-sale service satisfaction have been improved significantly.
