北京地区医院药师规范化培训体系设计与实践

Design and Practice of Standardized Training System of Hospital Pharmacists in Beijing Area

目的:开展规范化培训,保证医院药师队伍整体水平达到医院药学工作的基本要求。方法:通过座谈研究制定标准,实施"培训、再研究、再实践"的方法,不断摸索探讨培训内容、培训标准、考核标准与考核办法。结果:设计完成并实施了《北京地区医院药师培训细则》、《北京地区医院药师规范化培训登记手册》、《北京地区医院药师规范化培训考核手册》和《北京地区医院药师规范化培训基地认证评审指标体系》,并以其指导实际工作,从而初步建立起北京地区医院药师规范化培训体系。结论:本研究为在全国推行医院药师规范化培训工作打下了基础,积累了经验。

OBJECTIVE： To develop standardized training and to ensure the hospital pharmacist team up to the overall level of basic requirements of hospital pharmacy. METHODS： ＂Research, practice, and then research to practice method＂ was set up through discussion to explore the training content, training standards, assessment criteria and assessment method. RESULTS： The design had been completed and a series of rules and regulations were implemented, such as Standardized Training Rules of Hospital Pharmacists in Beijing Area, Standardized Training Registration Manual of Hospital Pharmacists in Beijing Area, Standardized Training Check Manual of Hospital Pharmacists in Beijing Area and Standardized Training Base Certification Assessment Index System for Hospital Pharmacists in Beijing Area. Above rules and regulations were used as guide for work and standardized training system of hospital pharmacists had been set up preliminary in Beijing area. CONCLUSION： Our study lays the foundation and accumulates experience for the implementation of hospital pharmacist standardized training across the country.
