应对药品运输过程中质量退化隐蔽性的思考

目的:更好地保障药品在运输过程中的质量。方法:分析运输过程中药品质量退化的隐蔽性及其原因。结果与结论:由于药品运输过程中的违规行为难以被发现,药品经营、使用环节缺乏实质性验收,药监部门监督抽验存在局限性等原因,造成药品在运输过程中质量退化的发生具有隐蔽性。故不仅要从强化意识、明确权责、完善规定等方面对药品运输环节加强监管,还要完善药品流通信用体系,促使药品经营企业积极主动地在运输过程中维护药品质量。

OBJECTIVE： To guarantee the quality of drug during transportation. METHODS ： The invisibility of drug deteriora- tion was analyzed as well as its reasons. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The illegal behavior can＇t be found easily during drug transportation, and the management and application of drugs haven＇ t been checked essentially. There is limitation in supervision and sampling inspection of pharmaceutical administration. Above reasons lead to undercover drug deterioration. Besides strengthening awareness, clearing right and responsibility, improving regulation, improvement of credit system in pharmaceutical circulation market is more important. It will inspire initiative of pharmaceutical enterprises to protect the quality of drug during transportation.
