院内供应链药品采购模式对改善我院药品库存管理的探讨

Study of the Improvement of Drug Storage Management in Our Hospital by Hospital Supply Chain Drug Purchase Mode

目的:降低药品库存,加速库存资金周转。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对传统药品采购模式(ABC模式)和基于ABC管理法的院内供应链药品采购模式进行比较分析。结果:新模式使药品的月平均周转天数从14天下降到了10天,缩短了4天,降幅为28.6%。结论:院内供应链药品采购模式可以显著降低药品周转天数,提高资金周转率,优化了医院药品库存管理。

OBJECTIVE： To reduce drug storage, and to accelerate the speed of the fund turnover. METHODS： In retrospective study, we compared the traditional drug purchase mode （ABC mode） with hospital supply chain drug purchase mode based on ABC mode. RESULTS ：Under the new mode, the monthly average drug turnover days were decreased from 14 to 10, totally 4 days were shortened, and the decreasing amplitude was 28.6%. CONCLUSION： Hospital supply chain drug purchase mode can decrease drug turnover days significantly, accelerate the capital turnover rate, and optimize hospital drug storage management.
