谈高等医学院校实验室的精细化管理

在高等医学院校的教育改革不断深入发展的过程中,高等医学教育的实验室管理也需要不断创新和完善。我校在历经首轮普通高等学校教学工作水平评估后,其内部教学管理得到了规范,精细化管理作为首轮评估后我院提升教育教学质量的管理模式,在实验室管理模式上也提出了实行精细化管理。作者在剖析传统实验室管理所存在的问题的后,提出了实验室实行精细化管理的必要性和如何在实验室管理中运用精细化管理。

The laboratory management in medical colleges needed to be reconstructed and improved in accordance with the progress in reformation of process for further education in medical colleges.The internal instructional administration of this college had been standardized after the evaluation of first-round undergraduate teaching.Refined management as a mode of management can raise the quality of education and teaching as well as the present refined management mode of laboratory management.This paper firstly anatomized the problems in traditional laboratory management,then the necessity to establish and apply refined management mode in laboratory management is very clear.
