长效胰岛素联合瑞格列奈、二甲双胍治疗对2型糖尿病患者的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 临床设计分为3组:SFDM组64例,NDM组80例及健康对照组32例。治疗前做OGTT、胰岛素及C-肽释放试验作为基线对照,甘精胰岛联合治疗使糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平<7.0%。SFDM组NDM组患者治疗后C-肽释放峰曲线下面积较治疗前明显扩大(P<0.05)。胰岛素、C-肽释放峰值回归正常时相的比例明显升高(,P<0.05或0.01)。NDM组比例明显多于SFDM组(P<0.01)。结论早期联合治疗明显有助于NDM、SFDM患者胰岛功能的恢复,初发NDM获益更多。
