伊犁地区多民族人群脂代谢紊乱状况及其与糖代谢异常关系的调查

摘要 采用分层整群抽样方法,对伊犁地区6个民族常住人口进行关于脂糖代谢异常的流行病学调查。结果:①脂代谢紊乱患病率为52.7%。②脂代谢紊乱类型存在民族差异(χ2=17.62,P<0.01),哈萨克族和蒙古族人群高胆固醇(TC)和高甘油三酯(TG)血症分别高于和低于维吾尔族、汉族、回族和锡伯族人群(P均<0.05),混合性高脂血症患病率6个民族间无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。③脂代谢紊乱的患病率城镇高于乡村,男性高于女性(χ2分别为50.934,5.81;P<0.05~0.001)。④脂代谢紊乱患病率呈增龄趋势(χ2=212.95,P<0.001)。⑤脂代谢紊乱者糖尿病(DM)及糖耐量减退(IGT)患病率高于血脂正常人群(χ2分别为72.59和27.87;P均<0.001);高TG血症者DM及IGT患病率高于高TC血症者(P均<0.05),与混合性高脂血症者无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论:①伊犁地区受检人群脂代谢紊乱类型存在民族差异;②脂代谢紊乱者尤其是高TG血症者糖代谢异常患病率增加。
