摘要
目的减少全胃切除术后食管空肠吻合口并发症,提高生存质量。方法常规全胃切除并行淋巴结廓清术,食管粘膜延长3~4cm,与空肠吻合,包埋后食管粘膜自身折叠形成乳头状置入肠腔内,起瓣膜作用。结果接受治疗的患者58例,恢复顺利,无返流性食管炎、贫血表现,餐中、餐后无不适。结论食管粘膜与空肠乳头状吻合术,可有效地防止全胃切除术后并发症。
Objective To
decrease complication of anastomotic stoma in patients by gastrectomy with
esophagojejunostomy. Method 58 cases were made by gastrectomy with esophagojejunostomy
and esophageal mucosa papilliform valve formation. Result There were no reflux esophagitis
and anemia in patients which accepted treatment.They were normal during meal and postprand
and recovered well. Conclusion It was effect to prevent the complication of the total gastrectomy
with esophagojejunostomy and esophageal mucosea papilliform valve formation.
