100Hz电刺激肩胛间区对家兔胆囊痛及其脊髓后角磷酸化细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶表达的影响 被引量:1

The effects of 100 Hz electrical stimulation at interscapular region on cholecystalgia and the expression of pERK1/2 in spinal posterior horn of rabbits

摘要 目的探讨100Hz电刺激肩胛间区对家兔胆囊痛及脊髓后角磷酸化细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶(phosphorylate extracellular signal-regulated kinases,pERKl/2)表达的影响。方法家兔采用随机数字表法随机分为5组:对照组、生理盐水组、甲醛溶液组、肩胛间区电刺激组和非肩胛间区电刺激组,每组6只。采用100Hz、3mA电流,应用生理功能学方法、免疫组织化学方法和Westernblot技术,观察肩胛间区电刺激对胆囊痛模型家兔呼吸频率和心率的改变及脊髓后角pERKl/2表达的影响。结果肩胛间区电刺激组呼吸频率和心率分别为(53.3±3.8)次份和(175.8±4.4)次份(火0.01),与甲醛溶液组比较分别降低约17%和22%,同时脊髓后角pERKl/2表达减少,与甲醛溶液组比较,减少约54%(P〈0.01)。结论100Hz电刺激肩胛间区可在一定程度缓解家兔胆囊痛模型的生理指标改变,抑制其脊髓后角ERKl/2的激活。 Objective To investigate the effects of 100 Hz electrical stimulation at the interscapular region on rabbit's cholecystalgia and the expression of pERK1/2 in spinal posterior horn. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: control group, 0.9%NS group, formalin group, stimulating interscapular group and non-stimulating interscapular group, six rabbits in each group. By using immunohistochemistry, physiological function test and Western blot technique, the variation of RR, HR and the expression of pERK1/2 in spinal posterior horn of rabbits with cholecystalgia were measured when 100Hz electrical stimulation was applied at the interscapular region of rabbits. Results The RR and HR in stimulating interscapular group were significantly decreased, and there was a 54% reduction on the pERK1/2 expression in spinal posterior horn compared with formalin group (P〈 O.01). Conclusion 100 Hz electrical stimulation at interscapular region can partly alleviate the changes in physiological parameters and inhibit the activation of ERK1/2 in spinal posterior horn of rabbits with cholestagia.
