摘要
高迁移率蛋白A2是在肿瘤中广泛表达的蛋白之一。高迁移率蛋白A2表达异常与人类多种肿瘤的发生、发展及预后相关。血管内皮生长因子对肿瘤血管生成有重要作用。本文研究高迁移率蛋白A2和血管内皮生长因子在肺癌和其他肿瘤的表达，探讨肿瘤相关因子的作用，为肿瘤的早期诊断和预后分析提供新指标，提高患者的诊断率，改善生存质量。
High mobility protein group A2 （HMGA2） is one of proteins widely expressed in tumors. Abnormal expression of HMGA2 is related with the development and prognosis of many human tumors. Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） plays an important role in the tumor angiogenesis. This paper analyzes the expression of HMGA2 and VEGF in lung cancer and other tumors, investigates the role of tumor-related factors,which provide new targets for early diagnosis and prognosis analysis of tumors to increase the diagnosis rate of patients and improve the quality of life.
