吸烟致肺癌相关基因改变的研究进展

肺癌是癌症相关性死亡的主要原因，吸烟则是诱发肺癌的最重要因素。研究显示，吸烟可引起各种形式的基因改变，如基因突变、扩增、缺失等，最终导致肺癌的发生。与没有吸烟史的肺癌患者相比，吸烟的肺癌患者更容易出现基因改变。

Lung cancer is the main reason for cancer-related death, smoking is the most important induced factor of lung cancer. Many researches have shown that smoking can cause various gene changes, such as gene mutation, amplification, deletion, which leads to occurrence of lung cancer. Compared with non-smoking lung cancer patients, smoking lung cancer patients are prone to have gene changes.
