摘要
目的探讨肾功能稳定期移植肾受检者的声学造影图像、时间-强度曲线(TIC)以及曲线参数的特征及其规律。方法采用编码反相脉冲谐波造影(CPI)技术,观察30例肾功能稳定期移植肾造影图像,分析造影效果、TIC特征及曲线参数值的变化。结果移植肾约(9.24±3.03)s开始显影,皮质、髓质完全充盈时间分别约(17.60±4.34)s、(23.40±7.52)s,造影剂完全排空时间约(230.00±20.50)s,微泡分布细密、均匀,肾脏轮廓清晰、完整;TIC为正偏态分布的"双峰单谷"曲线,曲线斜率沿肾主动脉、皮质、全肾、髓质顺序依次呈递减变化,时间参数则依次呈递增变化。结论肾功能稳定期移植肾造影显影效果好、TIC曲线拟合质量高,移植肾各时间参数与曲线斜率呈递增或递减变化。
Objective To evaluate the characteristics appearance and regularity of contrast-enhanced ultrasound sonogram,time-intensity curve(TIC) and the curvilinear parameters in homoioplastic subjects in stable functional condition after renal transplantation.Methods Thirty subjects were examined by the technique of coded pulse inversion imaging(CPI),the sonogram,the TICs and temporal indexes derived from the Sonoliver TIC analysis software were compared.Results The time of contrast agent showed up was about 9.24±3.03 seconds,those of contex and medulla engorged completely was about 17.60±4.34 seconds and 23.40±7.52 seconds,that of the whole kidney emptied was about 230.00±20.50 seconds;the microvesicle well-distributed;the kidneys were clear-cut;the TIC was a positive skewness curve with double ridges and one trough;the TIC's slope rates of renal artery,cortex,the whole kidney and medulla decreased progressively,and the time indexes of those increased by degrees.Conclusions The transplanted kidney in stable functional condition has high quality of visualization and TIC,and the curvilinear indexes of transplanted kidney manifest decreased or increased progressively.
