玻璃化与程序化两种不同胚胎冻融方法的临床应用效果比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨玻璃化与程序化冻融胚胎的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析广西壮族自治区人口和计划生育研究中心的609个胚胎冷冻周期,其中366个程序化胚胎冻融周期与243个玻璃化冻融周期,比较两种不同冻融方法的胚胎复苏率、胚胎移植率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率等指标。结果玻璃化冷冻法与程序化冷冻法比较,其胚胎复苏率(94.75%,74.13%)、解冻移植率(97.94%,87.98%)、种植率(28.88%,16.94%)和临床妊娠率(42.86%,30.75%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃化冷冻法比程序化冷冻法更适于人类胚胎的冷冻保存。 Objective To analyze the clinical application of Cryopreservation-thawing human embryos by different methods of vitrification and program freezing.Methods In this retrospective study,a total of 609 embryos freezing cycles were enrolled including 366 embryos cycles by program freezing and 243 embryos cycles by vitrification freezing.The embryos survival rate,transfer rate,implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between two methods.Results The embryos survival rate,transfer rate,implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate by vitrification were significantly higher than those by program freezing(94.75% vs 74.13%;97.94% vs 87.98%;28.88% vs 16.94%;42.86% vs 30.75%)that the difference was significant(P0.05)respectively.Conclusion Vitrification is a more suitable method for cryopreservation of human embryos.
