部分植入式中耳助听器——振动声桥 被引量：2

摘要 对于感音神经性聋、手术效果不佳的传导性聋及混合性聋的治疗一直是研究的热点。中耳病变如胆脂瘤、鼓室硬化、耳硬化症等，可引起听骨链的中断或固定，先天性外耳道闭锁和中耳畸形均可导致传导性聋。随着耳显微外科的发展，鼓室成形、中耳重建手术和听骨链成形术是治疗传导性聋较成熟的方法，大部分患者听力提高明显，
