同步放化疗治疗鼻咽黏液表皮样癌一例

摘要 患者男,35岁,5年前反复出现间歇性左侧鼻塞,伴同侧耳闷、听力下降及耳鸣,于当地医院行＂鼻中隔矫正术＂,术后症状无改善,2年前左侧鼻塞、耳闷症状加重,在温州市第三人民医院诊断为＂左耳分泌性中耳炎＂,行＂左耳鼓膜置管术＂,术后症状改善。此后症状再次发作,并出现头昏、头痛,行鼻咽部CT及MRI检查提示＂左侧鼻咽颅底巨大占位,考虑纤维血管瘤可能＂（图1,2）。患者为求明确诊断,来温州医学院附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊就诊,
