摘要
目的:旨在探讨经皮胃镜下胃造口术(PEG)在神经科应用的临床价值。方法:对30例神经内、外科病人,需肠道内营养而又无法经口进食者,行经皮胃镜下胃造口术。结果:经造口管喂养后营养不良状况明显改善,使肺部感染得到了控制。其中能经口进食而拔管者7例,术后带管出院者10例。因原发疾病加重而死亡者3例。除2例出现局部皮肤炎症反应外,并无其他严重并发症。结论:对需要长期营养支持的神经内、外科病人,PEG是一种创伤小、管饲保留时间长、并发症少、经济有效的方法。
Objectives: To evaluate the value of percutaneous endoscopy gastrostomy(PEG) in nutrition support of neurosurgical and neurological patients. Methods: Thirty patients had undergone PEG.HXResults: Nutritional status was improved in the survival patients and the lung infections were controlled.Seven patients recovered with oral intake and 10 patient were discharge from hospital with the feeding tube for further rehabilitation,3 patients died from the deterioration of the original disease.Two cases had the inflammation at the PEG wound but easily treated.No other complications of PEG occured. Conclusions: PEG is safe and effective for enteral nutrition in some neurosurgical and neurological patients.
