摘要
对22例病人行气管、支气管螺旋CT三维成像检查,三维重建成像方法包括CT仿真内窥镜、多角度投射容积重建、表面遮盖显示法。全部病例经气管纤维内窥镜、手术病理及临床随访证实。螺旋CT三维成像作为一种安全、无损伤的影像学检查方法,为正确的诊断提供了直观的依据。作者对螺旋CT气管、支气管三维成像技术方法及其临床应用价值进行了讨论。
22 patients were examined by helical CT with tracheobronchial three-di-mensional reconstruction techniques, such as virtual bronchosropy, multi-projection volume reconstruction and surface shaded display. All cases were proved by fiberoptic bronchoscopy, patbology and clinical follow-up. The three-dimensional reconstruction techniques as a safe and noninvapive diagnostic methods may provide direct evidence to the correct diagnosis. The techniques and the values of clinical application were discussed.
