退行性心瓣膜病的胸部X线改变

The Changes of Degenerated Cardiac Valve Diseases on Chest Films

目的:探讨退行性心瓣膜病的胸部X线表现。材料与方法:收集并分析40例退行性心瓣膜病患者的超声心动图及胸部X线检查资料。结果:退行性心瓣膜病主要的X线表现为主动脉型心伴左房左室增大,肺淤血及右下肺动脉扩张。结论:退行性心瓣膜病常与老年性心肺疾病并存,无特异性X线表现,当胸片出现上述X线征象。在排除心衰和其它心脏疾病后,应考虑本病可能。

Purpose: To study the chest X-ray appearances of degenerative cardiac valve diseases. Materials and Methods: Ultrasonic cardiograms and chest X-ray films of 40 cases with degenerative cardiac valve disease collected during 1995-1998 were analyzed. Results: The major X-ray appearances of the degenerative cardiac valve disease were the aortic-type heart image accompanied with enlarged left atrium and ventricle, the venous hyperemi-ain pulmonary circulation and the dilatation of the right lower pulmonary artery. Conclusions : The degenerative cardiac valve disease is often accompanied with the older aged cardiac and pulmonary diseases. There is no special X-ray characteristics. After rule out the possibility of the heart failure and other heart disease was ruled out, the degenerative cardiac valve disease should be considered when the signs appear on the chest X-ray film.
