Sequestered Lumbar Disk Herniation: A Treatment with Collagenase Injection

目的:探讨一种新的穿刺方法,用于胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症。材料和方法:采用经背后入路直接穿刺椎间盘脱出部位,用600单位的胶原酶溶解脱出的椎间盘组织治疗破裂脱出型腰椎间盘突出症。本文治疗36例临床确诊的病例,取得良好的治疗效果。结果:采用本方法穿刺治疗36例病人,治愈率为61％,有效率为86％,无椎间盘变窄和退行性变等并发症出现。结论:经背后入路直接穿刺脱出的椎间盘组织行胶原酶溶解术是一种安全、有效的新方法,可减少并发症的发生。

Purpose: A new technique of puncture for the treatment of the sequestered lumbar disc herniation with collagenase was introduced. Materials and methods: Thirty-six patients underwent the interventional procedure. The procedure was a precise puncture of the sequestered lumbar disk tissues through the posterior approach, which was followed by an injection of collagenase in 600 units. Results: Good clinical results was got: 61 % patients were cured, while effectiveness was observed in 86% patients. No severe complications, such as narrowing of the intervertebral space or degeneration, was observed in the follow-up. Conclusion: A precise puncture of the sequestered lumbar disk tissues through posterior approach, which is followed by an injection of collagenase, is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of sequestered lumbar disc herniation, and the complications are relatively rare and mild.
