摘要
对"十一五"期间北京市的电力与能源资源和消费进行了总结,分析了"十一五"期间北京市的电力与能源发展的特点和存在的问题,并对北京市的电力与能源中长期供需进行了预测,提出了北京市的电力与能源中长期的发展目标和任务,以及保证实现中长期的发展目标所需要的政策措施。
This paper summarized consumption pattern of electrical power and other energy resource in Beijing within the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ period. The features and detailed problems ware discussed. And then, the medium and long term development of electric power and energy in Beijing was predicted. Furthermore, we proposed development aim and tasks, which includes policy support in this process.
