深圳大学城:“大家庭关系”隐喻的分析视角

Shenzhen University City: From the Metaphor of the "Extended Family" Relationship

合作办学各方必须尊重和维护大学的特性,切忌按照办公司、办工厂的逻辑来办大学。"大家庭关系"隐喻的分析视角试图揭示深圳大学城诸利益相关者间大家庭般的关系现实和理想,提出有利于大学城发展的四种平衡智慧:制度、沟通、胆略、时间。大学与政府如何更好地合作,是"大家庭关系"中的主要矛盾;政府如何理解合作、理解大学是矛盾的主要方面;立足深圳研究生院的发展来处理"大家庭关系",是深圳大学城应坚持的基本原则。

Disputing parties concerned with the cooperative university should respect and maintain the features of a university,which can not be conducted according to the way of managing a company or a factory.This article attempts to reveal the stakeholders of Shenzhen University City from the metaphor of a traditional extended family,pointing out such four balancing wisdom as system,communication,adventure and time.How to have a good coordination between university and government is the principal contradiction of the ＂extended family＂,and government plays a major role in understanding and cooperation when dealing with the matters of university.Taking the standing point of promoting the development of the post-study institute to deal with the relationship of the ＂extended family＂ should be the basic principle for Shenzhen University City.
