摘要
新建本科院校已成为我国高校方阵的重要群体。然而,新建本科院校在蓬勃兴起与快速发展的同时,也面临着诸多现实问题亟待破解,这些障碍性难题成为制约新建本科院校进一步发展的"短板",使其羁绊于内外纠葛的现实困境中。面对中国高校发展的实际,转型发展是新建本科院校摆脱当下困境,实现自身价值,有效应对未来的理性抉择。
Newly-founded colleges has become important members among China＇s higher education institutions.However,with the rapid development of Newly-founded colleges,they actually confronted many internal and external problems to solve.These problems restricted their further development,and made each college caught in a realistic predicament.In fact,transformation development is the rational choice for Newly-founded colleges to step out of the plight and realize its own value.
