摘要
美国院校研究在内外部驱动力的作用下,始终追求高度的科学化,以为高校决策者、相关权益群体及公众所认可,实现其研究价值。美国院校研究程式的科学和方法的量化颇具借鉴价值,但中国国情不同,院校研究的开展有自身的特点。中国院校研究的开展应以高等教育理论为优势依托,兼容定性研究与定量研究之所长,从问题、从实际出发,不断增强院校研究的内外部驱动力,更为科学、有效地开展院校研究,进而促进我国高校的发展。
Driven by the inner and outer power,American institutional research persistently pursue the high scientificity in order to be accepted by the decision-makers of higher education institutions,stakeholders and the public,which could realize its value of research.Lessons could be drawn from American institutional research because of its scientific research formula and quantitative method.Whereas the condition of China is different from American,China institutional research should own its characteristics.Based on the strength of higher education theory,mixing the advantages of qualitative and quantitative research,China's institutional research should be developed from the problems and actual conditions.Institutional research should be conducted scientifically and effectively with the inner and outer power,which could promote the development of China's higher education institutions.
