超选择动脉插管持续灌注化疗对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

Observations of chemotherapeutic curative effects on advanced gynecological malignant tumours with sustained infusion by superselective arterial catheterization

目的 探讨超选择动脉插管持续灌注化疗对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 采用超选择动脉插管持续灌注化疗晚期妇科恶性肿瘤 2 6例 ,与 30例静脉化疗的晚期妇科恶性肿瘤对照 ,进行临床疗效的观察。结果 插管组近期治疗有效率为 92 .3% ,与静脉组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,5例Ⅱb 期宫颈癌经治疗后获得了手术机会。结论 超选择动脉插管持续灌注化疗对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤有良好疗效 ,可做为Ⅱb 期宫颈癌的术前治疗。

Objective To approach clinical chemotherapeutic curative effects on advanced gynecological malignant tumours with sustained infusion by superselective arterial catheterization. Method 26 cases of advanced gynecological malignant tumours with above said chemotherapy were studied by comparing 30 cases above mentioned tumours with venal chemotherapy. Results The former's short term effect rate was 92.3 per cent, the latter 30.0 per cent. There were significant differences (P<0.01). Among the former, 5 Ⅱ b-cervical cancer cases obtained a surgical chance. Conclusion To advanced gynecological malignant tumours, chemotherapy with sustained infusion by superselective arterial catheterization works with better curative effects, which can be used as preoperative therapy to Ⅱ b-cervical cancer cases.
