The long-term evaluation of scleral reinforcement surgery

目的：为了解后巩膜加固术远期效果，抨价该术治疗近视的效果。方法：对482例加固术中47例资料完整者进行术前和术后四年对比分析，观察项目有探眼视力、矫正视力。眼轴、屈光度。巩股硬度、矫正眼压、眼底荧光造影、ERC、VEP、视野等、结果：探眼视力：术前0.045±0.025，术后1月0．082±0．035，术后1年0.051±0.028，远期：0.047±0.029，矫正视力：术前0.572±0.143,远期：0.610±0.148眼轴：术前30.12±1.18mm，远期30.28±1.21mm。一屈光度：术前：－1982±2.26D，远期-20.02±2.20D.36眼术前每年加深》1D，术后28眼稳定，25例术后无不适，16眼有与手术无关的症状，病人对手术满意率85％，结论：后巩膜加固术对阻止近视发展，保护视功能确实有效，是目前为止治疗高度进展性近视眼最佳预防性方法，

To evaluate the long - tem results of seleral reinforement surgery for high progressive myopia.Methods:47 cases(93 eyes)out of 482 who received scleral reinforrement surgery were enrolled with the criterion of haxvingrelatively complete follow-up data. Comparative analysis of preoperation and 4 yeare post-operation was made. Results:theaverap uncorrected VA is 0. 045 0. 025 at the pre-operation - 0. 082 + 0. 035 at the first-month, 0. 051 + 0. 028 first-yearand 0. 047+ 0. 029 fourh year post-operahon respetively,The corrected VA is l42 at pre-operiaion and 0. 610+ 0. 148 at the fourth yesr post-operahon. The myopic diopte is - 19. 82 + 2. 26D pre-operation and - 20. 04+ 2. 20D atthe fourth year post-operation. 28 eyes out of 36 which had the history of one diopter up during one year before operation becanle stable in diopter after operation. The ERG, VEP, vision field, ophthalmoscopy ,fluorography were stable or improvedslightly . 25 cases have no complaints: 16 cases have some complaints not relatied to operation. 85% patients are satisfiedwith the operations. Conclusion: It showed that the seleral reinforcement surgery can effectively hold the progression of highmyopia and is one of the best preventive methed to treat high prognssive myopia at present .
