巨乳头性结膜炎的免疫学研究

An immunological study on giant papillary conjunctivitis

目的：以免疫学方法分析巨乳头性结膜炎（GPC）的病因和临床表现。方法：用免疫学方法调查72例（141只眼）GPC患者和24例（48只眼）正常配戴者的镜片沉淀物和炎细胞计数，以及患者上睑结膜炎细胞计数和泪液的免疫球蛋白水平。结果：发现CPC患者镜片上的沉淀物和灭细胞计数显著高于对照组，睑结膜上的炎细胞计数显著高于对照组，泪液中的IgG、IgA和IgE水平显著高于对照组。结论：资料显示GPC患者的细胞免疫、体液免疫和创伤免疫均有异常。

To analyze the etiology of GPC of CL wearers by means of immunology. Methods: Immunological e-valuation was done on the lens depeits and inflammatory cells, the inflammatory cells scraped from the upper papillary conjunctiv,the level of immmunlglobulin in tears among the GPC subects (72 cases) and control group of normal CL wearers (24cases). Results : It showed tha the lens depeits and inflammatory cells ,the inflammatory cells from upper papillary conjunc-tiva and the level of IgG, IgA, IgE were signiticantly higher in GPC subuects Conclusion:The etiology of GPC of CL CL wearermay be due to the abnnnalihes in humond, cellular and traumatic inunwhty.
