摘要
利用膜分离技术提取大豆乳清中的低聚糖,重点研究了反渗透操作条件。
The oligosccharide extraction from soywhey by membrane separations technology,especially the factors effecting the reverse osmosis operation condiation have been studied.The heating and membrane ultrafiltration pretreatmentsoywhey,membrane cleanning mechanism processes are discussed in this paper.
