图书馆服务是图书馆的立身之本。在网络环境下,面对读者需求的多元化、多样化,图书馆服务必须走服务创新之道,以适应新时代图书馆的发展需要,促进图书馆可持续发展。本文分析了高校图书馆服务创新的制约因素,阐述了服务创新的意义,并进一步提出服务创新举措。

Library service is the foundation for the library.In the network environment,face diversification of the readers needs,library service must follow service innovation,to meet development needs of the new era of library,promote sustainable development of the library.This paper analyzed constraints of university library service innovation,described the significance of service innovation,and proposed initiatives of service innovation.
