橙皮甙的提取和抗氧、防霉性能探讨

从废橙皮中提取橙皮甙，用它进行抗氧和防霉试验。实验表明，橙皮甙单独用作抗氧化剂时效果不理想，与其他有关物质协同后其抗氧化能力比BHT强得多；实验还表明，橙皮甙在酸性条件下具一定防霉能力，经协同后，也加强防霉效果。

Hesperidin was extracted from giving up Orange peel and tested on the antioxygenic activity and protec tion against moulds. It was shown that the effect was not satisfactory while using it alone for antioxydant, but muct stronger than that of BHT while mprating action with other matdrials. Moreover, in the presence of acid hesperidin op sesses me capacity protecting from the mould, and this capacity was strenthened while mpting action with are ma terials.
