摘要
园本培训具有日常性、实践性和及时性的特点,对幼儿园年轻教师的专业成长具有重要的促进作用。幼儿园应该立足园本培训,坚持以需求为导向,重视可操作性和形式多样化的原则,将教学和研讨相结合,课程实施和专题培训相结合,师德培训和教学技能培训相结合,多种培训方式相结合,对年轻教师进行有针对性的培训,促进其尽快适应幼儿园工作岗位要求,顺利实现教师角色的转换,并形成自主专业成长的意识与动力。
Routine, practical and timely are features of kindergarten-based training. It has great significance to professional growth of young teachers. Based on the kindergarten-based training, the kindergarten should adhere to the principles of demand-led, maneuverability and variety, and combine teaching and seminars, curriculum implementation and special training, ethics training and teaching skills training, and adopt more kinds of methods to train young teachers.
