摘要
著作权公共领域资源是图书馆自建数据库的主要来源,数据库制作者需要熟悉这个领域所包括的资源范围并合理进行应用,本文在廓清著作权公共领域范围的基础上,根据不同资源的著作权特点提出了针对性的使用方法,为图书馆自建数据库避免侵权风险提供切实有效的帮助。
The copyright public domain is a primary source of information in developing database by library itself.The database builder need know well the scope of the area,also need know how to use the information reasonably.Based on clarifying the scope of the area,the article has proposed the targeted methods according to different copyright characteristics of information,which is helpful to avoid tort in database developing.
