本文介绍了在电子商务中Web数据挖掘的过程、主要挖掘方法及应用。将数据挖掘技术应用于电子商务,对企业积累的海量数据进行处理,从这些数据中发现潜在的规律,把握客户动态、追踪市场变化,帮助企业制定今后的发展战略,使电子商务更具个性化和针对性。
This article describes Web data mining process,main data mining method and the application in the electronic commerce.Applies the data mining technology in the electronic commerce,processing enterprise mass data,from these data discovered that the latent rule,grasps the customer dynamic,to trace the market shift,will help the enterprise to formulate developmental strategy in the future,will cause the electronic commerce to have the personalization and directionality.
