含氮杂环铂(Ⅳ)配合物的合成、表征及抑菌性能研究 被引量:6

Syntheses,Characterizations and Antimicrobial Activies of Platium (Ⅳ) Complexes Containing Nitrogen Heterocycles

摘要 利用溶剂热法和水热法,分别以咪唑、2,2′-联咪唑和邻菲咯啉为配体在乙醇水溶液中与氯铂酸钾作用合成了3种铂(Ⅳ)二元配合物。结合红外光谱、元素分析、差热-热重分析以及紫外可见光谱确定其化学组成分别为Pt(Im)2Cl4.H2O(Ⅰ)、PtH2biimCl4.H2O(Ⅱ)和PtPhenCl4.H2O(Ⅲ)。它们对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性研究表明,配合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ的抑菌活性明显强于相应配体的抑菌活性,而Ⅲ的抑菌活性与其配体的抑菌活性没明显差别;同时,3种配合物对大肠杆菌的抑制活性略高于对其它2种菌类;对它们的抑菌机理进行了探讨。 Three kinds of Pt(IV) complexes were synthesized through the reaction of K2PtCl6 with corresponding ligands imidazole,2,2′-biimidazole and o-phenanthroline in ethanol aqueous solution by solvent-thermal and hydrothermal method.The compositions of complexes were determined to be Pt(Im)2 Cl4.H2 O(I),PtH2 biimCl4.H2 O(II) and Pt(Phen)Cl4.H2 O(Ⅲ),respectively,by IR,elemental analyses,thermogravimetries and UV-Vis spectra.The antibacterial activities of the complexes against E.Coli,Staphyloccocus aureus and B.Subtitis were also studied,the results indicated that the complexes I and II had better antibacterial effect on the testing bacterium than the corresponding ligands.Due to the combined effect of complex structure and the characteristics of bacteria cells,the antibacterial activity of complex III has no significant difference with that of phenanthroline.They all have the best inhibitory effect on E.coli among the three kinds of mentioned bacteria.Their antibacterial mechanisms were also further discussed.
