摘要
在不同乙醇浓度(30%、60%、95%),不同固液比(1:8、1:10、1:2),不同温度(50℃、70℃、90℃)和不同提取时间(1h、2h、3h)等条件下,通过正交实验,对苦荞麦黄酮提取最佳条件进行了研究。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件是60%乙醇,固液比为1:10,在50℃下振荡提取1h。
This paper studied the optimum technology condition of extracting tartary buckwheat flavonoid by means of normal experiment at thre elevel, that is, alcohol concentration (30%,60%,95% ), Solid - Liquid ratio (1: 8, 1: 10, 1: 12), extracting temperature (50℃,70℃, 90℃ ), and extracting time (1h, 2h, 3h). The result showed that the optimum extracting condition is ten times volumes 60% alcohol - water, temperature 50℃, vibrating extracting 1h.
