创业风险投资产业和高技术产业共生模式研究

Research on Symbiotic Mode of Venture Capital Industry and High-tech Industry

以生态共生理论为基础,用创业风险投资额和高技术产业产值为主质参量,构建了创业风险投资与高技术产业共生度模型,提出了基于共生度分析的创业风险投资和高技术产业共生模式的评判标准,对我国创业风险投资和高技术产业共生模式进行了实证研究。结果表明,我国创业风险投资与高技术产业经历了寄生和非对称互惠共生两个阶段,将向正向对称互惠共生方向发展。预测了形成对称互惠共生的时间,得到了对称互惠共生的条件组合关系。

Based on the ecological symbiosis theory,this paper determines venture capital gross amount and gross output of high-tech industry as primary quality parameters,establishing the model of symbiotic degree and proposing the criterion of symbiotic mode of venture capital industry and high-tech industry.Finally,it takes China＇s venture capital industry and high-tech industry for empirical research.Results show that China＇s venture capital industry and high-tech industry have experienced parasitic and asymmetric mutualistic symbiosis stages,and will be towards positive symmetrical mutualistic symbiosis.It assumes the timing of forming symmetrical mutualistic symbiosis,and gets the syntagmatic relation of symmetrical mutualistic symbiosis.
