摘要
在总结国内外企业成长研究文献的基础上,对企业成长的定义进行综述,诠释企业成长的内涵。同时,根据设计类型、对比方式和具体指标的不同,对收入、就业机会、托宾q、资产和利润等指标在企业成长测度方面的运用进行了研究,发现不同指标的选择与企业成长研究的具体领域密切相关。
This paper summarizes the definition and implications of enterprise growth based on the domestic and foreign literature.Meanwhile,it studies indicators,such as income,employment opportunities,Tobin＇s q,assets and profits,used in enterprise growth measurement according to the design,comparison of different methods and measurement indicators,and concludes that the choice of different indicators is closely related to specific growth research areas.
