采煤采气一体化开发模式的价值分析

Comprehensive value analysis of the development mode of integrated coal mining and gas extraction

目前,有关采煤采气一体化开发模式的效益研究仍多处于定性分析阶段,缺乏对综合价值的定量化分析。为此,在引入价值分析观点的基础上,采用数量经济方法探讨了采煤采气一体化开发模式的综合价值。首先从时间、空间和功能上分析了采煤采气一体化开发模式的内涵,指出了采煤与采气应该统筹安排、协调开发。然后从减少瓦斯事故频次、提高采煤速度、解决能源紧缺问题以及二氧化碳减排等方面分别计算了采煤采气一体化开发模式的安全价值、经济价值、能源价值及环境价值,并建立了综合价值评估模型。最后结合案例分析验证了该模型的适用性。结果表明:采煤采气一体化模式具有巨大的综合价值,有利于开发洁净能源,提高经济效益,保障煤矿安全生产,改善大气环境。该项研究为全面和科学地认识采煤采气一体化开发模式提供了新的思路。

Most related studies on the development mode of integrated coal mining and gas extraction,for lack of quantitative evaluation on its comprehensive values,are still at the stage of qualitative analysis.In view of this,based on the introduction of value analysis perspective,the comprehensive values of this development mode are discussed by means of quantitative economics.The essence of this development mode is first analyzed from the aspects of time,space and functions and it is proposed that coal mining and gas extraction should be overall planned and cooperatively developed.Then,the comprehensive values of this development mode which includes safety value,economic value,energy value and environmental value are calculated respectively by gas accident frequency,coal mining rate enhancement,energy shortages response,and CO2 emission reduction.On basis of this,an evaluation model of the comprehensive values of this development mode is thus built and its adaptability is also verified by many actual cases.The results show that this development mode is of great integrated values and will be good for the discovery of more clean energy sources,the improvement of economic profit,the guarantee of safe production at coal mines,the reduction of air pollution,providing a new idea for engineers to have full knowledge and scientific understanding of the integrated coal mining and gas extraction.
