摘要
介绍一种新型水沙分离装置梭锥管混浊流体分离装置(简称梭锥管)的初步研究成果。梭锥管是一种新型的低耗水率、动态水力分离水沙两相流的装置。为了探明梭锥管内特有结构——锥圈对泥沙沉降速度的影响,针对结构尺寸相同的有锥圈和无锥圈的梭锥管进行浑水质量浓度分别为30 kg/m3,60 kg/m3,80 kg/m3的泥沙静水沉降试验。试验结果表明,与无锥圈梭锥管相比,泥沙在有锥圈梭锥管中沉降的速度较快,锥圈的存在改变了泥沙的沉降方向,缩短了沉降距离,增加了沉降面积,提高了泥沙的沉降速度。因此,为了提高泥沙的沉降速度,可以适当增加梭锥管内的锥圈数量以增强其水沙分离性能。
The tentative research achievements of a new device for separation of water and sediment,shuttle-conical tube isolation device for turbid flows,were introduced.The shuttle-conical tube is a new device with low water consumption and dynamic hydraulic separation for water-sediment two-phase flows.In order to study the influences of conical circles,a special structure of the shuttle-conical tube,on the settling velocity of sediment,the stagnant water settlement tests on the shuttle-conical tube with turbid water concentration of 30,60 and 80 kg/m3 were performed under the same structural sizes with and without conical circles.The test results show that the settling velocity of sediment in the shuttle-conical tube with conical circles is faster than that in the shuttle-conical tube without conical circles.The existence of the conical circles changes the direction of sediment settlement,reduces the settlement distance,increases the settlement area,and improves the settling velocity of sediment.Accordingly,in order to increase the settling velocity of sediment,the number of conical circles should be raised so as to improve the separation of water and sediment in the shuttle-conical tube.
