研究内源植酸酶法降解糙米中植酸的工艺条件及降解情况,通过单因素实验和响应面分析。
The technical conditions and hydrolysis rate were studied in
the research of hydrolysis of phytate in brown rice by endogenous phytase.According to the single
factor tests and response surface analysis,it's proofed that the hydrolysis way by endogenous
was possible and reasonable.\;
