In the process of globalization of law,American law has been imported intO many Latin American countries on a large scale.The global field of lex Merca toria has been occupied by American law.The legal reform and reconstruction of the post Soviet Union and eastern European countries has been hunted by transplanting of American law.The recent development of law of EU and its member states has been heavily influenced by American law.These typical exemplifications show a general tendency of globalization of American law.The tendency originated from complicated causes and background.It is very significant theoretically and practically,be based upon the description of the tendency,to reconsider the moment of law and development, the theory of modernization of law,the proposition of legal transplants,and the new trend of changing of major legal systems in the world today from the perspectives ofjurisprudence and comparative law.
