The principle of＂similar cases should be treated similarly＂is the requirements of not only the naturalism theory but the legal unity provided for by the Constitution.However,this principle differs from each other in the contexts of criminal justice and civil justice.It is,therefore,necessary to establish and improve the mechanism of unified application of laws in pursuit of the ultimate realization of the principle of＂similar cases deserve similar treatment＂.
