摘要
研究了以食用中药为主要原料，辅以茶叶制备降血脂袋泡茶的工艺条件，结果表明，本产品能显著降低试验性高血脂小鼠的血清总胆固醇（Ｐ＜０．００１）和甘油三脂（Ｐ＜０．０５）水平。
The pprocessing technology and formulation of
tea\|bag with lowering serum lipids by using eatable chinese medicines as the chief raw material
was studied.The results showed that the tea\|bag diets were significantly lowered serum total
cholesterol(P<0.001) and triglyceride(P<0.05) levels to compare with the control group,and the
body weight of tea\|bag group was significantly lower than that of the control group.
