基于共享心智模型的团队学习过程模型构建 被引量：3

摘要 团队而非个人是现代组织中的基础性学习单元。然而,远程教育领域有关团队学习的研究才刚刚开始。因此,本文梳理了团队学习的内涵以及影响团队学习的基本因素,在此基础上,构建并详细地阐述了团队学习过程模型,最后我们就该模型在应用中需要注意的关键问题为教育实践中寻求改善团队学习方法的教师提出了三点建议。
