区域主义与国际政治经济学

Regionalism and International Political Economics

当下区域一体化或区域化已经成为国际政治经济的重要现象,区域相互依赖的加深以及全球化的发展推动了区域主义政治经济视角的拓展。笔者认为区域主义政治经济学方法有助于重点考察区域一体化的经济意义以及政治效应、经济与政治互动对区域一体化发展的影响等内容。现实主义、自由主义、建构主义与批判理论四种国际政治经济学理论视角构成了区域主义研究的分析框架。区域化的政治经济学分析并不能够仅仅局限于国际政治经济学科,应该涉及更广泛的政治经济学,进而在分析性折中主义方法的基础上进行历史比较研究。

Nowadays, regional integration has become an important phenomenon in international political economics. The increasing interdependence of regions and the globalization process have expanded the perspectives of regionalist political economics. The author holds that applica- tion of the method of regionalist political economics may assist focused examinations of the eco- nomic significance, political impact, and the influence of economic and political interaction on the development of regional integration. The analysis framework of regionalism is composed of four theoretical perspectives of international political economics, namely, realism, liberalism, con- structlvism and critical theories. But the political economic analysis of regionalization should not be confined to the discipline of international political economics. It should be extended to political economics in a broader sense. Diachronic comparative studies on the basis of analytic methodology of eclecticism can be a good case in point.
