摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定雪上一枝蒿药材中雪上一枝蒿甲素和雪上一枝蒿庚素的含量。方法:色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(1000 mL水中加三乙胺0.1 mL,并用25%磷酸调节pH至7.3)(30:70),检测波长203 nm。结果:雪上一枝蒿甲素和雪上一枝蒿庚素均在0.0816~4.0800μg(r=0.99999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.51%,98.15%。结论:为进一步研究其质量控制方法提供参考。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination bullatine A and bullatine G in Aconitum brachypodum.Methods:Using a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-water(pH 7.3)(30∶70)as the mobile phase and UV detection wavelengeth at 203 nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship with a range of 0.0816-4.0800 μg(r=0.99999) for two biochemistries;the average recovery for bullatine A was 98.51%,for bullatine G was 98.15%.Conclusion:This method can be applied to the determination of bullatine A and bullatine G in Aconitum brachypodum.
